Hey Everyone. I picked one up tonight at goodwill for $3.99. Its in very nice condition however, when I plugged it in, it turned on. Thinking the switch was on I checked and it was off. When I flipped the switch nothing happened. I took it apart and found out that nothing is wired to the switch. I am stupid when it comes to things like this. I noticed 2 black wires wound together and a black and white wire wound together. Can someone give me an idea how to correctly wire the switch? Thank you.

That the two black wires, separate them and connect them to the switch (either with spade plugs or by soldering them directly on), simple as that...
