The watts will be the same on either voltage, it's the amps and Volts that change...

E.G. if on 120V it's 6 Amps, on 240V it would be 3 Amps, but on both voltages, it'd be 720 Watts...

I don't know what the power ratings are though on that one, plus I've never even heard of a dual voltage vacuum before... :\

Dual-voltage Hoover

During the late 1990s, Hoover made a dual-voltage Guardsman upright, model U4291, That was available in the US. It was very similar to the cleaner pictured above, except the entire base was black with a clear furniture guard, a deep gray bag with a vertical stripe pattern, and a Chrome-plated steel handle with a clear sleeve on the handgrip, and a single, large plastic cord hook projecting from the upper front of the handle.
