A customer brought in a WindTunnel T series with a clog. Not a bad vac for a customer with carpet walking through WalMart and wanting bagless upright with attachments.Much easier to service brush and belt than the FoldAway that was ahead of it.After removing pet hair mixed with fake Christmas needles I expected to do what millions of people since 1936 have done. That is, easily wind the cord and clip on the plug using three fingers. After all Hoover invented the clip on plug for the mo150.But no!This plug will only clip on after spreading clip with screwdriver and using pressure of both hands.what is wrong here?Is it a five letter word beginning with C??
