I recently got some un-opened 1970s Eureka F&G bags and have decided NOT to use them, unless I find an absolutely mint Eureka from that era. I have also kept the last bag in a Hoover packet that was used on my family's Elite. If I ever found a NIB vacuum, I would never recycle the box, no madder what type of room it was taking up. It adds too much value if I were to sell it again.
I'm not sure why I feel this way. I tend to save money more than I spend as well. Anyway, a pack of Kirby bags is not going to take up much room, and 20 years is quite old for an unused vacuum part. I say keep it sealed. -Nathaniel |
