What model is your Convertible. That would make this question easier to answer. Also, are you planning to grease the motor bearings as well? |

I want to grease everything lol. I have Hoover Convertibles 1030, U4411, U4001, U4371-042, U4413-042, U4597, U4397, U4027, U4127, Hoover Model 63, U4401 and U4423 |

There is no basis that you necessarily need to follow for greasing these machines. Just listen to the machine and if it is making strange noises, go ahead and grease the brushroll and motor bearings. |
