Very nice! If you can get it for a good price that will be a fine addition to a collection! I recall seeing one very similar a few months ago at an estate sale, however, I did not grab it right away and when I went back down to the basement to get it someone was walking away with it.... Grrrr!

Wow! I would most certainly give up a Jackson for that! Good find and hope it becomes yours!

That's a...

no brainer! Very rare convertible to find in that nice of condition. I have one like it only in kind of a mushroom/putty color. Love the metal nameplate across the front, that makes it for me!

I am hoping they get back to me soon. I can swing in the morning and pick it up.

Wayne, notice that even though it is the lower end "Special" model, it has a handle grip and a full bumper. Hoover dressed up their vacuums for Penney's at the time a little more than their own, I guess beceause they were such a big client!

$20!? You'd be a fool not to buy it!

THAT IS UNBELIEVABLE! I wish I could find Hoovers like that in my area. The only Convertible I have EVER found on local Craigslist was a newer plastic RS Convertible.
