I stripped the paint off of this to repaint it and thought it looked kind of nice with a bare metal base... I just might leave it this way. |

i am curious to know how you stripped that paint so perfectly.....what a professional job....hoover should have done this.....you have a precursor to the u4125 guardsman with the embelem |

To remove the paint, I just took everything off the base, took it to my wire wheel to strip off the paint, then polished it like a Kirby. Thanks for the compliments! |
