How good is the battery? With these vacs is there an attachable cord option as well?

Thanks vacuumfreeeke for the link, I actually intended to check that thread when I got the vacuum, but did'nt, and broomvac, the battery lives up to its claims, but the other battery does'nt. (two come with the unit itself.) and no, it does'nt have a corded option.

Look on the battery and what is the voltage and amperage? If they are within reason, it would not be hard to rig a big battery charger/transformer so this machine could be used as a corded vacuum. That's only if you wanted one, of course.

Well....

szymonrules's profile picture
It only has the voltage, which is 14.4 volts, and it says on the platic bin(where there is the little ad for the vac itself with the informaion) that it is a 15.5 amp vacuum, which is pretty hard to believe!
