I have the T Series bagged, PAWS, works ok, but there are a few things that piss me off. Noise level is ok, but it is a bit harsh, belt slips if the brush is close to being too low, lower the handle to jump over the edge of carpet? NO luck. Power is good, easy to lift, some good ideas, just needs a couple more. Thermal protected motor anyway.

I LOVE my Tseries! I have the bagless pet rewind. It has been my daily driver for slightly over a year now, and I've loved every minute of it. It's incredibly powerful, doesn't lose suction, isn't too heavy, and deep cleans pretty well! If you have any specific questions let me know, I'd be happy to answer them!

Thanks!

Yeah I do have a few questions: How good is it on shag and how good is the filtration? Thanks!

I also have the T Series Bagged PAWS and I have mixed feelings towards it. It has very good suction, but the tools are worthless. The wand is tiny, and there is no upholstery tool with bristles. The newly designed turbo tool is pretty effective on carpeted stairs and upholstery though. It is not loud, but it definitely isn't the quietest vacuum out there. I have not used the bagless ones yet, but I would love to so I could compare it to the bagged...

It does a terrific job on shag carpet, I normally take two or three passes to effectively clean it, and the filtration is pretty good. It has a HEPA filter (the pet version also comes with a layer of carbon in front of the filter to eliminate odors), and the pre-motor filter is washable. The manual says to clean the pre-motor filter every three months, but I normally go five or six if I vacuum it with another machine every so often. I would have to agree that the tools aren't the best, but I like the upolstery tool and PAWS turbo brush; they are pretty effective.
