I was just browsing through ebay, and came across this odd machine. I was just wondering if anyone has one or knows anything about it. It was made by Electrolux apparently.

Daniel :)

Hey Daniel;

That is an Electrolux model 33. It was the commercial model (Made in Sweden and sold in Canada) during the early 1950's. The hose and attachment are incorrect though as they should be much larger (It was a 1 1/2" diameter if I recall correctly). This is a picture of the one I have in my collection - sadly I havn't found the hose, rug nozzle or small nozzle for it yet. I believe Dave (Aoliandave) has a more complete version.

Doug

Thanks Doug, I've never seen one of these, or even heard of one of these before. It looked pretty odd.

Daniel :)
