Hey!
I found this yellow vacuum a couple weeks ago. Could anyone tell me when this is made? I think middle 70īs but I am not sure. This is earliest P-series Philips I think. Motor is 700W. Itīs funny that this vacuum includes only one extension tube and there is funny place to put a cord. This is made in Holland.

They were made till the early 80's  they were very popular here in SA they seldom break and have really well built motors.

I have two yet to be cleaned up , mine are livergreen ( yuk) they came in a reddish brown colour to aswell as a whitish colour.

hi,

gs sheen is right about the time. The yellow one with the white atachments was made as a first model. At the same time there was a green one with cord rewinder, and a beige one with a telescopic rore and automatic suction adjustment. In the early eighties the yellow one became red, and the made some export models in orange and liver colors. At this time the atachments became brown.
