Yes Sandy, Doug's vacuum had a fugly power nozzle, for my G.E. someday I want the flat floor nozzle with the rollers and twin brushes, although the floor tool I got from Toby is excellently effective. I would like a complete Glade Green vacuum and tool set as seen in the Dec.'60 Holiday magazine G.E. appliance ad. Even though they continued that model for years, I'd love one of the original cleaners.

...more like Soviet. Very utilitarian, no frills- as if the Commissar of Vacuum Cleaners said to design it for the good of the people, not for capitalist sales appeal. |
