This person is obviously not very knowledgeable about vacuums. Look at their ebay listing! That is not a very rare vacuum!

here in southafrica people will list any thing with a cloth bag as vintage/antique  and a collectrors item. I just laugh.

some lady brought me a hoover convertable , early 80's model in good condition she said it was an antique and wanted $200.00 for it. I showed her the 4 my mate who owns the recycling plant justdropped off , two with tools and everything that I paid him $ 5.00 each all of tjem were in better condition than hers

No--its not rare-lets see-I think I have 3 of those knocking about my place-nice vacuums--but not "rare".
