That is just an Elite. It was one of the last ones in fact, from 2002 I believe. They had a 12 amp motor. Nothing special though. I've got two of them.

It's mostly an Elite. The base was exclusive to the Caddy Vac and Breathe Easy. The brushroller was exclusive to that base as well.
