will it did , some times it just hits a sweet spot, we get them here regularly for repair for fan housings, which is a problem as there is no agency for them in SA.

I.ve even seen a kirby's fan housing shattered by a small stone , one in a milion but it happened, I have another customer who uses his kirby in his workshop and has never damaged a fan or anything, yet I replace kirby fans every day that are just used on carpet.

sometimes it just happens :)

So true! (: I am very careful when i sweep but it happens, not a big deal really. But kirby fancases are tough, loll. Although orecks are plastic and break easier than the fan itself!

this is africa were talking about we can break anything, I had a g5 in last month missing half of its brush nozzle, yes the front nozzle, half missing brush still there but snapped like a twig , domestic worker said it just broke and handed her boss the pieces.

we also get alot of snapped of kirby handles , the metal not the plastic.

man I love this place
