What are some weird and cool vacuum attachments? I have a few, but not many. I know that there were some vacuums that had drill attachments like Kirby or Filterqueen for instance, but were there any other vacuums with drill or power tool attachments as well as weird attachments? Please post pics! Thanks!

Sorry if this is supposed to be in off-topic.

Electrolux

Turbotool floor polisher/rug washer/multi-purpose tool (LXI? thru early G) (Converts to drill, sander, hedge trimmer, etc) before they changed the unit to just a simple rug shampooer/floor scrubber/polisher (Late G thru Diamond Jubilee) Sorry I don't have a pic of the early TurboTool (but wish to have the early ones)

European canisters always seemed to include a u-shaped brush that could attach to a crevice tool to clean radiators. Never could understand how that set-up could remove dirt from these fixtures.

Floor-a-matic, that is cool that it could be turned into a hedge trimmer and eureka prince, that is a neat little brush. I know Kirby's have those same little brushes for there crevice tools but they aren't u-shaped. Also, are those Floor Polisher multi-purpose tolls hard to find? I would love to have one!

dirt meter for Kirby

I found a dirt meter for Kirby salesmen at a thrift store.!

I am looking for a generic attachment I bought years ago from a catalog called the Whiz (or the Wiz) for picking up cat hair. Anyone know where to find one of these? I will try to post a photo later

Have the jigsaw for a Kirby-would like to have the circular saw attachment derived from the 'Lux polisher.so want one of those!Really air powered tools are less efficient than electric ones-but they are just cool.Same with hydraulic tools-those are more efficient-but EXPENSIVE!!!!

Shag King

I know there was a rake you could snap onto a Kirby Classic III. It was supposed to groom and lift the nap on a shag carpet. That's the only one that I'm absolutely sure had the Shag King. Would probably work on other models too.

You could get a matching shag king for the classic through Heritage I however the Heritage I'm told was a special order by that point. It's the one I have yet to find.
