Check their FEEDBACK. Its unnerving to bid on a sellers items that has over 1000 bad feedback responses, in just one month! I had ordered from BARGANLAND before and really got stung.

"bargainland" gets most of their bad feedback on electronic items that dont work properly. they dont sell "tested", "new" stuff. they sell returns, factory seconds and defective items. it would be hard to mess-up vacuum bags, unless they were wet or torn.
