This is the quickest way I have ever found to do the tile and laminate floors.
All I have to do is change the bottom wand from the power nozzle to the Rainbowjet.

Rainbowjet

Easest way to clean both the floor and the baseboard trim at the same time. Almost
using no water. Because the tool is small, I can get under, between the chair legs and between the throw rugs without having to move the furniture.

Because the nozzle flips over with one side the sponge and the other the squeegee it works so fast and you can use the end of the Rainbow hose to pull out the remaining water in the sponge when finished. The sponge snaps out for easy replacement when worn. The ends of the nozzle are shaped so it will get into the corners.
It works so much better than a machine I bought (and returned) a couple of years ago. It was too big and bulky to get around furniture without moving everything.
Another nice feature is that if you see some dirt you missed ,all you have to do is slip off the bottom wand and Raibowjet and replace with the suction tool of choice.

This should be one of the first things a Rainbow dealer shows the customer. I would NEVER have thought it would be this easy and effective. So much lighter weight than the machines designed for the purpose. I would have bought the Rainbow system just to get the Rainbowjet for my laminate, tile, porch and garage floors.

Well I must say I am glad some vacuum companies are still making vacuums the way they should be made. Zach

@williamr1248
Its been about 4 months since you originally started the thread about your new Rainbow and Im curious to know what you think of the machine.  After living with and using the machine for a few months, are there any aspects of the machine that you would like Rexair to change or have there been unexpected surprises with the machine that surpassed your original expectations?   It really looks like a fabulous vacuum and the RainbowJet is something I would love to have in my house!  I hate mopping the floor, schlepping a bucket and constantly ringing out a mop and then rinsing the floors when you're done, yuck! Its much to time consuming the way I clean the bare floors

Rainbowjet

Steven,
I have used the Rainbow ONLY in my living quarters since the day it arrived. The only thing that I can say is that it is a heavy machine. When I take it upstiars I fill the water pan when I get upstairs.
I love the machine and it really has changed the way I clean. I can go for several weeks and no dust on the table tops. Also noticed my room air cleaner filter has stayed much cleaner which tells me I have less dust in the air.
What has happened to me is that I love not having any dry dust to mess with or never any dusty smell or bags and filters or buy. I never liked the idea of storing filth in the closet.
The Rainbowjet works great for me and I tried to take pictures to show how easy it is to use. It works so much better than a machine I bought and returned designed just for that purpose. The other floor washer worked fine if you have an empty room with no furniture. With the Rainbow I can go from dry sweeping to wet cleaning with just a change of the bottom wand.
The new power nozzle is a BIG improvement over my SE.
It is quite an amazing machine in both design and quality. I would buy it again.

Rob, so glad to hear that you are still loving the new Rainbow.  That doesn't surprise me one bit though.  From what you have told us and shown us it truly is a complete home cleaning system.  I wonder how well these units are selling. I would think that if the were demoed the right way that they would be selling very well.  Please keep us posted as you continue to use the machine.  Still hoping that you will get to the convention this year.  I know so many that were really looking forward to seeing you and hearing first hand about your new Rainbow.

Terry

Rainbowjet

Thank's Terry
I have tired to be very very careful with the pictures and discriptions of what the machine will do. I was just so excited to see a compnay really put some thought and quality into the design of a modern product.
I think the new design of the power nozzle, electric hose that can be used with water,Rainbowjet and the new Aquamate all demonstrate their commitment to customer use issues.
How many times do we get a new machine to find out there are almost NO improvements and it is made cheaper than the last. Many times what I see is just another color change in the plastic and a louder motor.
The Rainbow is NOT for everyone. I would say it would not work for an older person because it is heavy(they need an Oreck) and it will not work for a poor housekeeper who only wants to go through the middle with a plastic upright.
