Hi all. This AM around 8:00 FL. time, I found this vacuum on someones swale. Someone cut the cord off at the rubber nib where the cord goes in. Obviously to keep someone from getting an ugly surprise when fired up. It is complete except for two screws below the handle. It has all 3 on board tools, hose, sticker on the bottom of the front panel. It is model U6323-930 Series E 7,8. It features extra belt and bag storage. It's maroon and black, and just too nice to see it crushed. Could be an easy fix, or beyond help, don't know. What year would it be? Thanks for your help.

This vacuum must be a real dog, but I'm keeping it anyway.
