Fan failure perhaps? Belt snapped and get snagged up in the fan? Open it up and have a look, just don't forget to unplug it first.... :P | ||

Oh my that sucks I know I have had a couple motors burn up or smoke out after rebuilding but never explode I hope u can fix it lol and good luck. Zach | ||
