I've got a quick question. How do you remove the separator to clean it on the Rainbow E Series one speed? On my SE's, all you do is unscrew the knob and it comes off, but this one just won't come off when you get the knob off. I don't know what to do, because it desperately needs cleaned. And also, how do you remove the HEPA filter to clean it?

Thanks!
Chase

It's no different. You simply unscrew the nut and it slides off just like all the others. I can't imagine why it would be stuck on there like that.

That's what I thought, but it simply won't pull off. I don't understand why it won't.
