Yesterday I went out thrifting, and found a Panasonic Performance Plus from September 2000. It is practically flawless! It seems to be a dealer-only model, as the department-store Panasonics looked much different. Could anyone tell me some history on this model? The information-sticker says it's Made in the USA, which surprises me. I thought Panasonic was Asian made.
This vacuum was very well taken care of; they even used Genuine Panasonic bags and belts. |

Yes, these were 'sonic's most simple and reliable machines. Great for commercial or residential. |
