Welcome to the club! Glad you found this organization. I myself was shocked when I found out about it and that I wasn't the only one. I am sure you will find the people on this forum very helpful.

Welcome! I'd love to see pictures of your old Kirbys. Do they have mostly original parts? I have a 510 myself, that I picked up last week, it's a cool little machine!

Welcome Scott, I am also not far from you, I am in Kansas City. I am also a Kirby lover and have a few in my collection. I think its great you have your grandmother's 505.

Welcome!  There many Kirby collectors here so you will fit right in.  I have a Heritage II, a fully restored Dual Sanitronic 80 and a completely original model 515 with all the accessories.
