Ok, Ok, I could not resist buying a new Hoover Connie. The only one that I do not have in my collection is the stainless model. They had them at the employee store reasonable so I picked one up for the collection. It will probably go back into the box. I have to say that I like this version better. The hose is marginally longer but I like the black and "chrome" look better. Here are some pics...

This is a shot of the filter over the motor...this I think is an improvement over the original design. I like the original, but this one is somewhat better. Now if we could get Hoover to come out with some very cool retro colors!!!

I have one also Tom and really love it. For the money it is a great buy!! I have told many friends that this is the first new vacuum that I think I could go door to door selling with no problem!!
