That is one of the Hoover Z vacuums that has been talked about. Wasn't a big hit for Hoover as it was harder to push and heavier than a Kirby. |

If the fan has cracks (cracked blade) or is warped, that's why its so noisy. I changed fans on Elite-style & other fan-first uprights & after putting new fans on, they run much quieter than before. |
