Okay, so I took the bag off of my Trad a couple of months ago to clean it- and today I decided to put it back on. Well, long story short, I can't get it back on.

Any suggestions on how to make it easier?

PS: I also can't get the blue bag topper back on the bag, either.

I would put some DW40 on it to loosen the emptor up and to to get the bag top back on, push the metal part on the top of the bag through it.

The easiest way is to put the emptor on the vacuum so you can brace the vacuum with your knees. Put the head on the vacuum and lower all the way to the floor and put your knees on the head. Then start the bag at the back of the emptor and work it around to the front. It will take some muscle to do this but you will be able to streatch it just enough to do it. You may want to "roll" the last part of the bag over the front of the lip on the sani emptor. You can also push the vacuum head up against the back of the work bench as well and start from the back and work toward the front.

Hope this helps.

The bag topper is an open loop. slide one side of the bag into one side of the loop the fold the other side of the bag back far enough to slide it over the other side of the loop. the plastic topper can be pulled off the wire hanger or just enough to see what you are doing to replace the bag on the hanger.
