Hello, one of the E2-12's I bought *blue*, when plugged up and running, with no hose attached, on high or low, unit runs fine, no issues. However, when you attach the power nozzle hose, and it puts the motor under a little strain, or if you put your hand over the intake to cover air flowing into the machine, you can hear a horrible metal grinding noise in the back of the unit, it is very loud, and I feel it is the fan dragging on the piece of metal below it. I took the back off *hepa assembly* and turned on unit and watched, and when the airflow gets a little restricted, that is when the noise occurs, and you can almost see the position of the fan move down, and its like scrubbing on the metal below it, is what my theory is. any suggestions? I emailed the seller I bought from, on Ebay, but he probably wont do anything, anyone hear of this before? Thanks!!

I'm not familiar with that exact model, but something is definitely out of alignment.  Either something has worked loose or it was taken apart and not reassembled carefully.
