Hi everyone!
My friend Toby has an awesome condition Nilfisk for sale. As most of you know, they are great for allergy sufferers. He is asking $85 for it. There are original bags included. The only "problem" is that, instead of the upholstery tool, there is a fit-all replacement. Here is a not so good picture that I took of it while visiting. Once again, it's $85, which, considering it works great, it is a great deal for a good "allergy vac." Thanks everyone! Email Toby (trg14285@peoplepc.com) if you have any more questions.

Great! He'll be happy to know! Hmm...about the shipping...my guess would be in the $20 to $30 range, USPS. Feel free to email Toby with the address listed above.

Kyle, your friend Toby is hiding some killer G.E. Swivel-Tops behind that beautiful Nilfisk. Another G.E. collector? What might the story be? Granted, those G.E.s were considered average performers and messy to empty, but the fifties styling and the fact my mama had one does it for me. She only used paper bags in it once or twice. I used mine once in four years, I need the wands, floor tools, and upholstery tool, caddy too. Vacuum shops here barely know what I'm talking about. Ah, well. Later, Alan

Oh, yes!

Toby is a very avid vacuum collector and has tons of luck when it comes to vacuums. Check out this thread and you'll see what I mean! He loves GE, I think, as he sure does have a lot of them. He has mostly canisters, but he does have a few DAMs and I think maybe a Convertible. I know he also has a Kirby DS 50. Yup, a lot of these vacuum shops are clueless about old vacuums. Not all of them, of course, because some of our members/visitors here are actually vac-shop owners! Anyways...check out this thread

Thanks for the thread

Kyle, thanks for sending that fascinating thread, Toby certainly has it going on. I don't recall if the oldest Hoovers were identified by year, but I can't help marveling at how quickly they evolved from those oversized 1910 jobs to those '20s works of art. The whole place looked like Candyland, a little something for everyone. And "my" G.E.s. Think I'm going to try the shops here again before I start harranging the members for parts. Thanks for the visuals, keep up the faith. Happy vacuuming! Al H.

Hey Kyle
His email address is listed in the first post. You are welcome to email him, but who knows if he will sell it to you. What is it you are looking at?
Hey Charles
Evans?? I don't get it! Please explain...I am quite perplexed! :-D Toby does look at the PODs quite often, but I haven't asked him why he doesn't join VacuumLand. Good question!
Thanks for the interest...maybe I will have to talk to Toby about visiting the forums more often
