Hi everyone
I'm new to the world of vacuum cleaners and I had no idea there was so much to them! I bought the framework of a price comparison website a few months ago and I've been working on putting useful information on it. There seem to be so many models out there that I'm struggling to work out what information people want to see and how they choose a model that suits them. If anyone has the time to look at my website and give me any advice on it, I'd really appreciate it.

ho-hum....

So you had no idea....
Ok.
I mean: If you open up a website that apparently is making profit for you one or the other way, then there is only one single piece of advice:
Learn how to use knife and fork before going to a restaurant.

Are you really asking us to flood you with all that has been here for the last 2 decades? I mean: HOW the heck? Are you really a "new" enthusiast? (the "new" of that can be excluded by looking at your site).

Start up by browsing through all that is missing on your site (which looks quite ok by a first 3 seconds glance).
Go on with learning what all these people here have found out through life itself.
Finally (and not meant as an end): Get some practise by trying and using all of the different brands and models, otherwise your site will remain one of the many so-so "knowledge" blogs (which so many useless ones are around of = meaning: just grabbing stuff from other people's stuff to make it new stuff again just in order to be "just there").

Harshly spoken (forgive my unknowing approach): No spam here unless you can define how much you will pay.

Btw: The imprint is missing and that is essential to any business to be taken seriously. Where is your address?

Do some homework, here (here!) and there.
Left with my tongue in my cheek going "hm, well"
J.

Ouch!
Thanks for the comments. I genuinely don't want my site to be a 'so-so knowledge blog' which was why I hoped for a bit of advice. I've read so much about vacuum cleaners in the last 3 months that my head is spinning! I take your point about trying out different models and I'll do my best to do that as well.
Best wishes
B
