I will have to check mine and see, but it certainly was not sold with a power nozzle thats for sure. Maybe the D denotes that the machine has power nozzle capability? Unfortunatly I do not know if it was an exclusive or not - I suspect that it was

Ok Al. Look forward to hearing from you weather it is a D or Z in the Uk.
What was the date/run of this 80s vac? Did it run along the 350/350e and was it out before the 355 and 358t?

Because I have a 345,305,312,350,350e,355,358t and just wondered where the 710 fitted in with the rest of the early to mid 80s Electroluxs.

Hello!
I love this Electrolux, I own several European luxes, and would like to say that after the Z series of the Seventies, in the Eighties all european models were D-series: D 710, D 720, D 725, D 728, D 729, D 730 etc...
Greetings
Tommy

Hi Tommy, I do know the nearly all the UK Models stayed with the Z series through the 80s and 90s. I just wondered about the 710 in the UK weather they let it stay a D in the UK or changed it to a Z for the UK market??
