hello all,i have a story about a bissell carpet cleaner i'd like to share.

when i was younger,i played t-ball.after t-ball practice one day,we went home as usual.but when we got home,my mom was in the kitchen with the bissell carpet cleaner.(i can assume she was trying to use it to scrub the floors).we went into the kitchen
to find her.she told us there was "blue fire" in the tank.i have no idea how this is possible, but when we turned it on,sure enough the blue fire came to life.not knowing what to do,we tossed it out and replaced it with a nice eureka carpet extractor(now long gone).something similar happened to my grandma's bissell, but it was the "heater
on"light that blew i think.(VERY young at that point,so not so clear what exactly
what happened).though anyway,that's my story. :)

Are you saying literally a fire inside the water tank?

I wonder if Bissell's customer service agents were ever trained to perform exorcisms?!
