I have that same exact machine, excellent cleaner and Karl, they are not all that loud, these either use a 2 or 3 stage ametek lamb motor. | ||

Cool. But..Oh this brings back memories of when I bought the Fantom Fury at Kmart in 1996. It lasted until 2000. I hated that vacuum with a white hot passion. Especially when you would vacuum and you could literally see thick dust collecting on the outside the vacuum all over it as you vacuumed. The dust cup never felt like it made a very tight seal to me at all. I used it A LOT in those few years.
