Hey guys, perhaps a little OCD leaking out, just sitting here , dusting, rubbing, falling in love all over again, with a Concept, again. Do you guys take one out of the vac garage and fall in love all over when you use it , wondering why it went out of daily use last time also? Seems like after a week, I start using another, canister, newer, latest purchase, over and over the game goes. Good game, no kidding, but others might see it and think crazy person.

I don't think you're weird. I too used my Concept last week, and I wasn't enormously impressed like I was when I first tried one.

My current daily vac is my new Miracle Mate that has been in use 31 days now. My last machine before that was a Hoover Windtunnel T-Series. I was getting really tired of dumping out the dust cup. Dust flies everywhere. The dust seemed to smell different from my bagged vacuums too. Maybe it's just my mind. That vacuum was in use for a long time, like 2 or 3 months.

Now before the Windtunnel, I used a 1986 Hoover Elite for a while. I sold that and that was when I stared to use the Windtunnel.

I really like my new T series bagged, works well, seems thought out, feels like it might hold up for the long haul, no smell or dust, nice LONG cord. Dyson was in the play mix too, but some days I can not manage the cord winder, just frustrates me, Concept, right on top, blindfolded would not be any trouble. No hose of course, but it does pull itself if I am having a less than good day.

Its been my Kirby G5 since I got it.

With me, Ill usually use the best vacuum I have until I get tired of it, get rid of it, or it burns out.

What I used to do was rotate vacuums whenever I had to empty or change the bag.
Say I was using the G5. Oops, the bag is full! I put the vacuum back in the display and take out another.

But, most of my vacuums I either dont want to use, theyre taken apart, or theres something wrong with them.

Whenever I get a new vacuum, Ill usually use it or about a week or so just because Im so exited about it.But, after a few days, Ill get bored with it, and ill get out the usual dailey driver- the G5.

VW

I always use my sanitaire and portapower the most.

But there are those times when I just gotta pull out that darned ol hoover 1020 convertible. I dont know why I love it so much. Maybe because it runs so perfectly, or maybe its the perfect pitch for a motor. Who knows. :P

Those dang hoovers... look what they do to your head. :D

The Concept is loud, but I like it, memories! I loaned it to a crippled friend for months, I used it there, but wanted it back home, and its the one that digs out the deep down stuff.
