I have a fabulous, in brand-new condition, set of tools for the Eureka Empress. I have been looking for the machine to go with it and who happens to have an absolutely fabulous specimen, but our own Ms. Tania. She took pity on me and brought it down this weekend for me to keep for a while. It is so beautiful, I can't imagine using it. It is like a time capsule. So here we go, the beautiful Eureka Empress, now with two brand new tools sets!

I love that Eureka, someday I am going to find one. They were one powerful vacuum cleaner with a good set of tools. The wands on the Eurekas were just the right height and the regular carpet tool in my opinion was one of the better carpet tools made. However, the Vibra Beat had to be a conspiracy with the Hearing Aid companies across America... Morgan |

One of my aunts had the older version of the "canned ham" style -- the creamy turquoise model and she had a storage hassock for it. |

Wonderful cleaners, and don't you just love the pictures and instructions inside the one tool caddy? My friend Michael in Arizona has a handsome one of these as well. |

Nice Empress I. Why only a 3 year model run for this style? Did GE stop making the motors? Hiked the cost? Eureka could have easily added a power port for their new rotomatic power nozzle, and used the same hose the 1600 series oblong machines used. |

Kirbyberibles, another member has a you tube video and says the motor was made by GE, and is upside down mounted, drawing air through the motor armature and brushes before the fans. |
