Hi, does anyone have a photo of one of the last Hoover DAM? I believe the last year was '79, but I am unsure. Thanks, Ron

Hello all,
we european guys have been the ones who have really seen the last hover dial-a-matics ever produced. They've been in production until 1989 in a factory in France,
In Italy the last model ever produced was grey. here are the pictures

Good point... Those grey ones are so pretty.. I know Mike in England also has a beautiful one that's all burgundy.

That Green U4101 Convertible is the one that started it all for me; it was my parents' first vacuum!

The lime houndstooth Convertible was the model I had for a while, I loved it. Sorry I got rid of it.

I'm looking forward to one more Dial-A-Matic, the way my luck has been running since Christmas Eve, I see one in my near future.
