Whats your opinion? I really have none, since ive never used a "bad" vintage vacuum.

a low end vintage vac usually came with fewer tools, no headlight, etc. the quality was the same as the higher end machines. but there were some low end tanks in the 40s whos bodies were made of a heavy cardboard.
