I am sure I am just mind farting here, but my newer concept has Power Surge on the handle where the old one had low and hi, same machine, different control? Cause I ran the landladys on Hi all of its life, with this a pressure switch and surge labeled, not sure can do the same here. Love it, hate to injure it. Thank you in advance to anyone with the facts? David.

one of those gimmicks, have an extra dirty area, use the power surge for an extra dose of cleaning power, not meant to run on high by holding it down
it like those mixers that have a burst of power when the beaters get bogged down in a heavy batter
