Only have time for a few pictures right now, I have to get ready and go to work... I'll post more later tonight after I get home.
But here's what followed me home today:

Commercial Singer, Hoover Portable, Hoover Polisher, Misc. Attachments

Wow, Fred! That's a nice polisher. I've seen pictures of the Singer Commercial but have never seen one "in person". Cool! The Portable looks like a nice clean-up job (occupying several hours). Congratulations!

Nice finds there, Fred....

And before this, I had absolutely no idea that there were Twin Fans that were commercial vacs! Amazing! Looks like it needs a good cleaning & a little work on the hood, but it would look pretty once all done up...

I remember that as a kid and went with mom to Sears I would beg to go see the Singer Heavy Duty vacuums with that shiny metal and the red and black trim. I loved them. They were so pretty. I hope to add one to my collection some day.
Can anyone tell me what type of bag they used. Is is the same as the F&G?

Great finds as usual Fred. Around here, they see me even getting close to an estate sale and someone comes out on the porch with a shot gun sayin' "You lost boy"?

Congrats there kid!

That is a very cool Singer! Had no idea they made a commercial machine. Interesting to note that (apparently) they used the same "sideways" configured motor as with their other upright vacuum cleaners.
