OK folks, I do know this is a Dimension that was also branded Legacy, Elite, TurboPower, etc...

I guess in the South, they rarely branded them as "Constellation." It seemed worth it to put up a picture of the machine as it is the first time I've seen a Constellation upright. The customer purchased the machine at Montgomery-Wards back in 2000. I am going to assume this was some sort of machine exclusive to everyone above the Mason-Dixon line as I have never seen one here in the South.

For the record, it has a broken fan.

Here is a another picture of the machine. She has taken pretty good care of it considering it is almost 11 years old.

Spirits

are among us as well.

I just saw a Spirit upright at the Good Will earlier today.
I thought they were all canisters. Hmmmmm.......

I remember this model well from seeing it in the stores here in the Midwest. Quite a good machine, I really liked the convenience of the Dimension/Legacy design. Ours lasted for over 10 years and would still be going if it hadn't sucked up a sock, which ruined the fan and the motor bearings. It cleans the carpets quite nicely.

I tried my best to get the lady to trade the thing in on a new machine. Even after a $55 repair bill, she still wouldn't budge.
