Prolux followed me home today. I was just getting my drivin' on and someone had left an Electrolux Prolux curbside.

Well........I HAD to make a Louie and go back at save it! It was in great shape. Just had to clean it up a bit. Remove 27 full heads of blonde hair off the brush roll and clean up a crusted over filter. Other than that- she's as good as new and looks like a million bucks!

The pic isn't mine, but it's identical....

Very nice.... one of my very close friends has one of those.... he used it for his own home for a while and to clean houses with on the side, but now has a 2nd one to leave in the car for cleaning for other people.... I know they aren't super deep cleaners, but they are durable. Congrats.... can't beat the price!

Not

impressed in the least!

However, it's been fun to mess with. I had my doubts on perfomance as we used to have a Linhaus at work. They seem similar. And.....the performance, or lack thereof stands the same.

I'm sure they're best for commercial use with low pile carpeting and bare floors. DEFINATELY NOT for carpet with pile of any height to it. =0/

It is crazy what people will throw out, especially things that work! I would like to find one of those someday. Nice find!
