Tania and I have been watching a dealer in Chicago with a cache of NIB machines. He has decided to clear out the stock and asked Tania to help him sell them. This is where I got the new D2 Chrome Dome Rainbow. We are going to list them here (the new ones first.) These machines are available for $250 each plus shipping. Most are in the box. Some have been taken out of the box - but those will be described when listed here. They have been kept in a fairly evenly climate controlled environment. Sold As-Is. Contact Tania at Airwaylady.com regarding these machines. First off - a new in box Classic III. This is one out of the box but the one for sale is still in the box. There are two, but one is spoken for. BTW - you can see me in the background pulling the D2 out of the box.

C-9 I believe. This one is out of the box, but I believe that all the attachments and hose are available - check with Tania.

That has tempted me. A Red Princess. A Filter Queen. Doesn't have the box, but the attachments are in theirs.

The Luxes - first off - a Olympia One in the box. He has two, but the other one is somewhat mismatched and we are not listing it for $250. You can see the boxes in the prior post.

A Lux Super J. I would get this one myself, but it is out of the box and the hose has deteriorated. I am sure that all the parts are there, but she will need a new hose.

Privately branded Royals. Not sure of the model numbers. These were branded as Easy Cleans. Comes with the attachments - seen in the background.

For now - a slew of Douglas power nozzles. The ones we saw had the beater bars. If you are interested, contact Tania at Airwaylady@sbcglobal.net. These are $250 firm plus shipping.

The Royal Easy-Clean vacuum looks like a model 801 from the early/mid 1970s.

Thanks Fred and Tania for the pictures and the machines.
I will be looking for my Rexair! It's like going back in time to see the machines and the boxes.
Wonderful treat for the vac club memebers.

We didn't take any pictures of the Rainbows. I believe that there are 2 D3s in the box with power nozzles. There is one D2 but not complete. Tania will be taking a trip down soon so check with her regarding what you want and she will check it out when she gets there.

No reply yet to me yet. I should probably check that I had the right email address. I wrote over the weekend.

Does anyone have a phone contact for Tania in case she has already gone back down to Chicago to the store?

OK

compactelectra's profile picture
I talked with Tania - it looks like only the Kirby Traditions (there were 12 I think) and the Easy Cleans (Royal) are left. She'll post later and check out the forum for those who haven't heard from her. Sorry guys, they went fast! If you are interested in a Royal or Kirby Tradition (all new in the box) let her know.

Fred
