It pains me to see vacuums in such disgraceful shape. I'd personally be embarrassed to list such things on eBay. At least give them a little TLC before listing them!

The second vacuum looks like it was pulled out of the mud at the bottom of the Mississippi River. Look at the filth on that power nozzle!

It's the opening prices for this undesirable junk that screams Trailer Trash Wannabe's.

The majority of the time a vacuum begina at $50 it does not sell at all, based on condition. On the other hand, start a vacuum at $5, let the word spread and watch it climb.

As 'they' say, a thing is worth as much as the purchaser is prepared to spend.
