I have always loved this model survey. Electrolux put out various versions of it over the years but this is the nicest one. How many mistakes can you find in it, and how many models are missing (keeping in mind this is American Electrolux) ?!

There are at least two models missing. The Model XX (20) and the Model T (thrift.) There are also many variations of the models missing - early F vs. late F various Gs etc. etc. What are you looking for here?

Yes Fred, you got two of the two models that are missing. Then, all of the "Special" (economy) models after the Olympia came out are also missing.

As for mistakes, the really big one is that the Model R is shown as being from 1960-66 when that is not the case. The Model R came out in 1958 when the Model F was still the deluxe model and was sold into the early version of the Model G. Then the Model L came out in 1963 to replace the R as the economy model.

So, the R was sold from 1958-63 and not 1960-66. Also, the Model L that is shown there is dark turquoise, when the first one was white with light turquoise trim.

btw, the early Model R had Model F colors of trim (gray -- but a different hose from the F), whereas the later post-G model R had Model G colors of trim (light turquoise but the same hose as the early R). I guess this was to make the R match the concurrent deluxe model a little better.
