I thought I would listen to one of my favorite singers Miss Julie London! I have so many female singers but Julie is the girl today!! Any favorites out there?

Today I had my mom over for a short visit and she mentioned liking Diana Krall so I jumped up and hunted down the moving box with my CD's.. Found them so we listend to Krall for a few tunes till she had to leave. Then I dug out a Rosemary Clooney CD played a few of those.. followed by Dinah Washington which reminded me that only the other day I saw that Anita O'day had died, so I played a few of her tunes. I can't usually sit through a whole CD of one person, I like to mix them up a little. Had to throw a little Ella & Louie in there doing Porgy & Bess and somehow ended up with Ray Charles.. |

Oh!
I have a George Gershwin LP with Porgy and Bess on it. That is one of my favorite songs he did. Yes, I actually listen to LPs, and yes, I am 14! :-) I love the way they sound, especially if you take good care of them. |
