I would really like to ad some recipes as well as what Jeff had said in the "Mini-meet" thread. Is it to late? Only a few of you know that I do like to cook and have eaten some of my cooking. And no they did not die, they did survive. (hehe)

I have a feeling that many of you would have some great cooking ideas or some great recipes to contribute. It would be fund to do if we have not done this already. I know of a place in Kearny Nebraska that publishes cookbooks. Let me know what is going on with this....

It would be EXCELLENT if you could email or otherwise send to me your recipes for inclusion in the VCCC cookbook. We have lots of great cooks in the club (who knew vac club members were so domestic?). We were thinking of publishing the cookbook on our website, but would be open to having it printed. Would love to hear from you and test your recipes.
