It has been a very busy week for the VCCC, It is my pleasure to introduce to you three new members. First is Robert (Bob) Pope. Bob is from Owings Mills, MD. He discovered us through our sister site, Automatic Washer. org. You might better know him as Vegomatic. Bob's favorite machine is the DAM that was a gift to him from Fred, Jeff, and Tom. He is looking for a blue Sunbeam vacuum, that is shaped like a hat box. Next we have Michael Arnold, Michael is from Troy, NY. He is a vacuum dealer there. He is looking for a Electrolux model 12. Michael was kind enough to send some pictures of his collection that I will forward to our web master. He has a vacuum that I have never seen before in his collection which is a very early straight suction Hotpoint! Thanks for sharing these Michael. Last is John Cain, John is from Richmond, Texas. John's favorite machine are the Singer uprights from the 1950's He is looking for more of these as well as a Sani-Way Mark V. John loves all the vacuums from the 50's and 60's. Bob, Michael, and John we are so happy to have you with us. Terry

Welcome Aboard!!

Welcome Bob, Michael and John,

Bob, I have had the pleasure of meeting you and would like the pleasure of meeting Michael and John as well.

I hope you find this forum a fun place to be and share your collections and vacuum knowledge with us.

The 2007 convention will be a great place for you to meet a lot of the members of the VCCC. We have a wonderful group of people that love to share stories as well as show off their prize vacuum cleaners. Collections vary in size, makes, models, and ages. As the club grows and as the years move ahead we find that what some of us feel are newer vacuums to some are actually the vacuums of their childhoods.

Welcome, have fun, hope to see you all in Omaha, 2007

Morgan
