A very special thanks to the website committee for working non-stop to get this website up and running! Wow! That was fast!

Also, a special thank you to Charles Richard Lester, who launched the VCCC into cyberspace--designing and running our original website for the past 3 and a half years... we couldn't have done it without you!

Isn't this site great? The guys did a tremendous job! I LOVE the pictures of your collection. I can't wait to get my stuff out of storage and on display again. I have tons of ideas!

THE BEST SITE EVER BESIDES WASHER.ORG

Yes Marty You are so right and what i love about it our friends from washer.org are joining us on our site, I just think that is just awsome and what i'm noticing too alot of our vac guys/gals do collect some big stuff as well as the guys/gals that collect the big stuff also collect some vacs as well.

I know I made a statement a while back on washer.org about the 2 clubs coming together for a convention I think that should really happen with both clubs that would be totally awsome.

Great timing

This wonderful exciting website has become a reality just at the right time. My hat's off to everyone involved, it's hard to believe it was just a discussion a couple of months ago. I say that this has come at the right time because it has truly brightened my life at this time. A few of you already know, and I thank those for the cards, condolences, and prayers. I lost my mom Marcella on July 30 at the age of 92. I have had her here with me almost seven years. I did reach my goal in never having to put her in a home, and she was content and well cared for. It's been a horrific time for me and I know it will get better with time. She was a great mom in raising me, and a close friend the last seven years. She will truly be missed.

Rick

So sorry to hear about the loss of your mom. What a trouper you are for keeping her with you. I've lost both parents. My sister-in-law used to say to me about mom that "You know you're her favorite." I was the baby and we had a close relationship. Time will heal the pain, and you will settle into wonderful memories.

All my best,

Fred
