Here goes
Here's what I see. Those ?'s should be rendered as dashes, quotation marks, or apostrophes (or other characters) but because there is no encoding specified, my browser doesn't know what to make of them. What browser are you using? I want to try and replicate this. |

To replicate it in Firefox, open the Options dialog, click the Languages button, and select Unicode (UTF-8) as the default character setting. VoilĂ .
