Several people have said that I'm being railroaded by my management company and so I'm following the advice of Charles Richard and a few others. I'm staying here! I will devote time to the club, turn out a newsletter and FIGHT for my rights.

Well as I told you,
I **URGE** you to contact the local Housing Authority (probably an arm of the City of San Diego) and find out exactly what your tenants' rights are. I do know that some of the B.S. your landlord is pulling -- e.g. threatening to lock you out of your condo -- is 100% against the law in ANY jurisdiction in the country!

Things look good for me
Yes, I have rights, and things look VERY good for me. But I must correct Charles Richard on one point, this is rental property not a condo. There are other plans in the works that will keep me in California. |

Re: Hi! Alex:
I hope that you get everything taken care of properly with your Rental Situation, good luck with this matter. It certainly isn't fair for other's to make charges in a trying time, or anytime for that matter, like you've been going through.
