Well, the Electrolux Epic did pretty well I guess - around $200. That's a steal though, given the condition of the machine.

Now I have four auctions running for vintage machines - please check them out if you're interested. The first one is for a really nice Air-Way 77 with a very unusual cart, all the attachments, and a VERY RARE Air-Way air-powered floor polisher attachment that's similar to the Electrolux type but made for Air-Way (and probably by Electrolux --- the inner workings are identical; the only difference is in the housing and hose connector inlet). See link below.

is a lovely Canadian Electrolux model ZB30. This machine also has all the attachments including a couple of deluxe things.

Such as an EXTREEEEEEMELY rare European-made version of the suction-powered TurboTool. The top of the housing has the European-style "sunburst" logo in a bevelled red circle with beautiful silver lettering. The housing is identical to the Late AE / AF / early G Turbotool, except for the color, a sort of gun metal gray. What's interesting about this is that is sounds a little different from the American versions! So I think there must be some mechanical differences in it but I have never taken one apart to look. (I have one other one, and these are the only two of these I've ever seen.)

"Many Tanks" for looking! :)

And, last but not least...

... a vinyl attaché case Electrolux salesman's demonstration kit. I have set no reserve on this because I'm more interested in seeing it go to a good home than make a lot of money on it. But I think a number of people would like to have this, so eBay seemed the most equitable way to go.

Couple o typo corrections on the above...

First, I only have three auctions running right now, not four.

Then, there should have been a title "And the Next Item Up for Bids" on the ZB30 posting. For some reason, anytime you use quote marks in the "Subject Drift" of a posting, when you POST the message, the subject drift disappears.

"test"

That bug should be fixed now both here in Vacuumland and at AW.org.
